CSS Reset

February 18, 2013

Here is a CSS Reset that I have found and slightly modified. I honestly cannot remember where I found the original as I’ve been using it for a while. If someone recognizes it, let me know the author and I’ll credit it appropriately.

My main addition that I don’t notice many people using was the last grouping (the wildcard *). It sets all elements box-sizing: border-box. I find it extremely useful when making website layouts because you do not have to account for padding and borders making the box wider. Read up more about it here.
